This extension is submitted to AMO but it is in a sandbox page yet. It supports many languages and no problems are found so far. So, I want to make it public. This is an excellent Add-on, and I've been searching for just this thing. It should help a lot with our Google Apps migration. Thank you!
I have one suggestion. Change the reply to be on top of the quote. That will react better with Gmail conversations and hiding previous quotes.

I prefer to put a quote on bottom of a message, too.
But I believe that it is a matter of user's preference.
