I've released EnForward 0.4.00 which can work on Thunderbird 52.
It also includes some bug fixes.

Fixed: Cannot work for message filter
Fixed: Limitation configurations do not match with current Evernote's one
Fixed: Fail to encode non-ASCII characters in subject
